A Journey Through Lent

The Diocese of Leeds will be hosting a "A Journey Through Lent" in the coming weeks, offering people the opportunity to join them for Midday Prayer and Lenten Reflections.

The opportunity is open to all, with Zoom sessions taking place every Friday at 12:00, with the first session taking place on Friday 19th February running through to the final session on Friday 26th March.

You are welcome to join a series of midday sessions that the Wakefield Episcopal Area have planned called "A Journey Through Lent".

The opportunity is open to all, offering people the chance to join in Midday Prayer and Lenten Reflections over Zoom. The sessions are taking place every Friday at 12:00 until Friday 26th March, which will last about 20 to 30 minutes.

The Bishop of Wakefield, the Rt Revd Tony Robinson, said, "It maybe you are already part of a Study Group and that’s fine but we are just offering this for those who might like to join us once a week through Lent.

There is also 6 planned sessions for “Preparing for Holy Week and Easter” with different speakers at each event, which will about one hour."
