A person may vote at this Meeting if:

• their name is entered on the church electoral roll of the parish;
  and / or
• they are resident in the parish and their name is entered on a register of local government electors by reason of such residence.

• a report on the changes to the roll since the last annual meeting;

(c) the draft financial statements of the Chapter for the year ending on the 31 December 2025.

7. Questions about parochial church matters or discussion of any matter of parochial or general church interest
