As many of you may know, I will be leaving my role as Chief Operating Officer at the Cathedral in March. I feel unbelievably lucky to have been given the opportunity by the Dean to work in such an incredible environment with amazing people.

REQUIEM was one of the highest new entries in the Classic FM Hall of Fame 2023, with presenter Alexander Armstrong also choosing it as his Album of the Week, and dubbing the composer “a great force for good in the choral world”.

I recently booked a flight to Berlin and for the first time was asked if I wanted to pay extra to ‘offset’ the emissions. As chance would have it, I also saw a post from a friend who was ‘feeling perplexed’ about a flight that she had to take.
